Processing & Shipping Times
- In-Stock Items: Orders will be processed and shipped within 4-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Pre-Order Items: Shipping timelines vary. Please check the product description for estimated arrival dates.Once pre-order items arrive in stock, they will require an additional 4-5 business days for processing and shipping.

Shipping Delays & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
